Lokendra Jain is the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and one of the promoters of our company. He holds a degree of Diploma in Electrical Engineering and possess more than 28 years of specialized experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts, Extra High-Voltage (EHV) Lines in the area of power transmission and energy sector. Various Turnkey projects during the last two decades had been single handedly managed by him. Further, he is responsible for overall functioning of the company, including the company's business strategies, planning and execution of tenders and financial management. Under his leadership, the company has received 'Excellent Construction Work' award from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (RRVPNL).

Aged 32 years, Divanshu Jain is a Non-Executive Director of our Company and holds Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently he is practicing as Chartered Accountant for the past 9 years in the aspects of finance, accounting, audits and taxation.

Ms. Aneri Jagdishkumar Shah was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 8th July, 2026, pursuant to the outcome of the Board Meeting held on Wednesday, 8th July, 2026.

Aged 50 years, Ashok Kumar Jain is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer and is engaged in the business of Textile and Garments since 1996 having more than 28 years of experience in the field of textiles and garments.

Aged 28 years, Gaurav Anand is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration with Specialisation in Finance from Jaipur National University. He also holds Bachelor's degree in Law from University of Kota. He has more than 2 years of specialized experience in the area of finance, management and law.

Aged 35 years, Ms. Sawari Tushar Mehta is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Syracuse University, USA. She brings with her strong expertise in the areas of sheet metal operations, digitization, data analysis, data visualization, and export management. With a demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and leading international business development, she has more than 10 years of experience across global operations, supply chain strategy, and digital transformation. Her strategic insights and leadership continue to contribute to the growth of global partnerships, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making in the manufacturing and export domains.
