The Construction of the 220 kV Single Circuit (S/C) Morak - Bhawanimandi transmission line, stretching across a distance of 41.0 kilometers, marked a significant milestone in the enhancement of the regional power infrastructure. This project, with an estimated budget of INR 5.86 Crore, aimed to bolster electricity transmission capacity and reliability within the area.
The scope of work encompassed the erection of high-voltage transmission towers, deployment of conductors, insulators, and associated electrical components. A team of skilled engineers and laborers executed the project with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
One of the primary objectives of this venture was to reduce transmission losses, minimize voltage fluctuations, and enhance the overall efficiency of electricity distribution. Furthermore, it aimed to fortify the power grid's resilience to adverse weather conditions and load fluctuations, thereby mitigating the risk of power outages.
The successful completion of the 220 kV S/C Morak - Bhawanimandi transmission line played a pivotal role in improving the region's power infrastructure. It contributed to a more reliable electricity supply, supported economic growth, and addressed the rising energy demands of the area. This strategic investment in the power sector served as a catalyst for development and prosperity.
